Ivan Pope
Bio
Ivan Pope started his Internet career in 1993 with a magazine called The World Wide Web Newsletter. He was the founding editor of consumer Internet magazine, .net and created an early Internet cafe, Cybercafe, in 1993. He went on to found Webmedia, a web design and build company, in 1994. He kick started the domain name industry with NetNames in 1996. He was a founder of Nominet, the .uk naming authority, and sat on their board between 1997 and 2000. He became a board member of Netbenefit in 2000. Currently the CEO of Snipperoo.
