The Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF is located at 1675 Owens Street, just off the 280 freeway in San Francisco.
From 280 North
- Exit at Mariposa Street and turn left.
- Turn right on Mississippi Street. Proceed two blocks.
- Turn right onto 16th Street, under the 280 freeway.
- Turn left onto Owens Street (first traffic light).
From Bay Bridge
- Take exit 1C towards 9th Street/Civic Center.
- Keep left at fork and merge onto 8th Street. Proceed two blocks.
- Turn left at Brannan Street. Proceed one block.
- Turn right on 7th Street. Proceed 1/2 mile.
- Turn left on 16th Street, crossing under the 280 freeway.
- Turn left on Owens Street (first traffic light).
Parking Garage
Secured parking is available on-site for $22.50 per day. Drivers should enter the Community Center garage located on Owens Street (pictured above).
We will operate multiple shuttle buses to three hotels -- Hotel Vitale, Palace Hotel (side door at Jesse Street alley), and Best Western.
Light rail
The 3rd Street light rail line departs from Market Street subway stations every 10 minutes and stops 1 block from the conference center. Muni Rail costs $1.50 for a two-hour pass.
Continous Transit shuttle
Free UCSF shuttles are avaialble every 15 minutes to BART and Caltrain.
