Cancellation Policy

A Widget Summit ticket reserves a seat, meals, and other materials in your name to be redeemed in-person at Widget Summit on November 3 or 4, 2008 in San Francisco, California. If you must cancel your Widget Summit ticket for any reason you must notify our conference team by e-mail by October 1, 2008 for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable as material goods are already in motion in preparation for your arrival.

Ticket Transfer

You may transfer your conference purchase to another person by October 20, 2008 by submitting a transfer request in writing. Our conference team will verify the transfer request with both parties and reassign conference assets.

Attire

Widget Summit is a business education and networking event. Partial nudity or clothing displaying hateful or vulgar speech is not acceptable.

Good Behavior

Widget Summit reserves the right to expel or suspend an attendee for inappropriate behavior on premises. You are expected to respect your fellow attendees in your speech and your actions.
